Frequently Asked Questions

Does YumeZone host or store any video files?

No. YumeZone is an anime indexing and aggregation service. We do not host, store, upload, or control any media files. All streams are served directly by independent third-party providers.

Is YumeZone free to use?

Yes, YumeZone is completely free. You can watch anime, browse seasonal charts, read manga, and track your watchlist without paying anything.

Why do servers differ in quality or availability?

Streams come from multiple third-party providers, so availability and quality can vary by title and episode. If one server fails, try switching to a different provider using the server selector on the watch page.

What should I do if playback fails or a video does not load?

Try switching to a different server using the server selector, toggle between Sub and Dub, or reload the page. If the issue persists across all servers, the stream may be temporarily unavailable from the source provider.

Can I sync my watchlist with AniList or MyAnimeList?

Yes. YumeZone supports two-way sync with both AniList and MyAnimeList. Go to Settings and connect your account to automatically track anime progress on your preferred platform.

Does YumeZone have a mobile app?

YumeZone is a fully responsive web app that works on mobile browsers. There is no dedicated native app at this time, but the site is optimized for mobile use.
